RETURNS

You can return your order within 10 calendar days with FREE shipping on the first return of your order. FREE return only covers shipments within Greece.

ATTENTION: Returned products must be in the condition sent by the Danai Store and received by the customer, complete and without damage. The product should be sent in the package with which it was received, while the inner packaging that normally accompanies it should be in excellent condition (without the labels being removed) and with all the shipping documents (eg Bulletin Shipping, Retail Receipt etc). Returns that do not meet the above conditions are NOT accepted and are returned to the customer.

Shoes should be tested on a clean floor or carpet, as the sole must not be soiled in order for the return to be accepted. The shoe box should also be adequately protected on return so that it is not damaged.

 

COST OF RETURNS

The first return is FREE for shipments within Greece using the partner company Courier.

For Cyprus, the cost is borne by the customer and can be done with any transport company the customer wishes.

In case of a second return that concerns the same order, the costs for the return and receipt of the order will have to be covered by the customer.

Contact the General Post Office

Call 213 041 7294 to inform EasyMail to pick up the product from the address you indicate at no charge to you. Alternatively you can deliver it to any EasyMail store.

Send your parcel FREE (valid only for Greece)

Deliver the parcel to be returned to EasyMail at the recipient’s expense. The return address is:

Money return

In case you do not wish to be replaced with a new product, the refund process takes place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return in our warehouse, as long as you inform us by phone at 210 6440774 or via email at info@danaistore.gr

Refunds will be made by deposit to the customer’s bank account.

Necessary condition for the customer to inform via info at info@danaistore.gr about his account number (IBAN), the bank in which he maintains the account and the name of the beneficiary as it is written in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as the one selected in the invoicing information and indicated on the receipt.

Defective product:
Despite our constant efforts to ensure that the products we promote to our customers are in excellent condition, there are very few cases where a product can be damaged without – most of the time – our responsibility.

We accept returns of products that are damaged, without any restrictions, as long as the problem is identified by you and you inform us about it no later than seven days after receiving the product. We ask our customers to inform us about this by phone call or by sending us an email. Our competent partner may contact the customer regarding this, and the customer is informed of the acceptance of the return via e-mail or telephone.

When reporting the problem, please also state if you wish to have the money returned to your account or the replacement of the damaged product. The return is free of charge for the customer, and the refund or replacement of the product is made after the company receives the defective product.

Non-receipt of products:
In case of non-receipt of the products by the buyer and they are returned by the Transport Agency to the company, the reshipment is the responsibility of the buyer, who again bears the shipping costs. Anything deemed by the Transport Agency to be undeliverable and returned is deemed to have been abandoned by the buyer and releases the company from the obligation to refund the amount of money paid for its purchase.

Withdrawal:
You have 14 days to change your mind – Right of Withdrawal

If you change your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 calendar days with your receipt and order form. For any return you must first contact us via email or phone call to indicate the method of return and the courier company we work with.

Products must be in their original condition with undamaged packaging. If the packaging has been opened or damaged, we do not accept returns of the products.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the time they are delivered to you until the time you deliver them to a Company store or to the cooperating carrier or courier company.
If they are not returned within 14 days, then the Company may not accept any return or product replacement.

In any case, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights provided by the returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers from the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any right arising in connection with the warranty conditions of the products, are recognized in any case.

Transport of returned products
In the event that you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you bear the immediate cost of returning the products. The receipt of the returned products can only be carried out from the address that you had indicated in the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing.
